Shipping Policy

  5. Damages
    Epic Gift is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., flowers, food), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products).
